CipherPod is operated by ACE OF COSMOS prop., Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. We act as the Data Fiduciary for all information processed within our Billion-User sharded architecture.

2. Sharded Sovereignty Model

Unlike centralized legacy applications, your information is split across independent, specialized shards to prevent massive data leaks:

User_Identity: Core credentials and private decryption keys.
User_Compliance: Real-time KYC/AML status tracking.
User_Wallets: Financial transaction ledgers using Integer/Paise logic.

Gold Standard: Cryptographic Shredding
We do not just "delete" data. We destroy your unique 256-bit ShredKey. Without this key, any archived data in the Dark Vault (BigQuery) remains irreversible mathematical noise, providing a perfect "Right to be Forgotten" while ensuring audit compliance.

3. Specialized Information Collection

3.1 AI Identity Verification

We use Gemini 2.5 Enterprise AI for multimodal identity verification. Live selfies and government ID data are processed in secure, air-gapped environments and purged instantly upon rejection.

3.2 Sub-Processors & E-Studio

Prompt metadata and creative assets are shared with generative partners including Runway, Luma, and Kling AI. This metadata is decoupled from your Identity Shard to protect your creative anonymity.

4. Financial Transparency

We collect bank/UPI details or wallet addresses for payouts via RazorpayX or Polygon (USDC). All financial flows use Integer math to prevent floating-point rounding errors.

5. Retention & User Rights

Financial logs are retained for 7 years as required by Indian Income Tax and IT laws. You have the right to request a CSV export of your ledger or initiate an "Atomic Deletion" at any time.
