1. The Gateway Protocol

This website serves as a "Read-Only" gateway. Advanced financial interactions, including staking, purchasing C-Shares, and uploading E-Productions, are restricted to the CipherPod Mobile Security Layer.

2. Staking & C-Shares

Staking in E-Productions involves market risk. C-Shares represent creative equity and their value may fluctuate based on audience engagement and project performance. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions.

3. User Conduct

Abuse, harassment, or reporting fraudulent content will lead to instant termination of your Identity Shard. Any content marked as "Awaiting Review" or "Rejected" by governance will be hidden from the public feed.

4. Liability

CipherPod is not liable for data loss occurring outside of the official Mobile Security Layer or authorized Web Gateway domains.
